RETURN & REFUND POLICY (30-DAY FREE RETURNS)

At Abdullah Care, operating under the brand name Nordwood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.


1. RETURN PERIOD
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving your item(s), without providing a reason.


2. FREE RETURNS
We offer free returns within the 30-day return period. This means:

  • You will not be charged any return shipping fees
  • We will provide return instructions after your request

3. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. REFUNDS

6. EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nordwood-kolekcja.com.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.


8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)
  • Items marked as final sale

9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  • Processing times may vary between providers
